What another fantastic day!
This was all about raising awareness! We met other agencies and arranged contact for collaborative working.
We gave out hundreds of leaflets and invaded the Herbert Art Gallery & University Square with our purple!
The stand looked perfect with our board showing feedback from our service users, volunteers, pupils and professionals we have provided training to.
Again the team work was amazing and a good day was had by all!
Walk 4 Women 2017
5 Mile Sponsored Walk Followed by Activities to celebrate our Volunteers for Volunteers Week - What an amazing day! The weather shone for us and the turnout was excellent!
We started with a warm up from our army friends then after the walk, we were joined at The Newlands (fab supporters of ours) by the Fire Service and the police, a bouncy castle, raffle prizes, bottle bag, almost new stalls, Appoint Us Services, Forever Living by Caroline Pendleton, Guess the Weight of the Cake, Name the Bear, Craft by Unicorn Crafts, lots of fun and fundraising.
We had set a target of £2,000 but achieved an amazing £3,266! Smashed It!

Help from Heart of England Foundation & Mrs Youell
Fabulous help from the HofEF & Mrs Youell to fund a day trip to the seaside for our children in refuge, lots of outdoor games for the beach, park & garden & activities throughout the year to support days of celebration, the first to be Easter! Get bonnet making & egg hunting! Not forgetting the all important, much needed storage. Thank you so very much!
