We’re taking on the @The Myton Hospices Moonlight Walk (10k) on 17th April 2026, as a Coventry Haven Women's Aid team, walking with heavy hearts for someone who meant a lot to us all.

This walk is for Lucky Basra, our colleague and friend, who we lost on 18th December 2025 to this cruel disease.

Lucky was light. She brought warmth, humour and kindness into our workplace, and she gave so much of herself to others. The kind of person who made you feel seen, who lifted the mood just by walking into the room, and who should still be here.

So we’re walking under the moonlight to honour Lucky’s memory and to support Myton Hospice Coventry, who cared for Lucky and for so many other people and families with compassion, dignity and humanity, when it matters most.
