On the 1st August 2026, I am going to do an abseil from the top of Coventry Cathedral!

I am supporting Coventry Haven as this charity means a great deal to me. The charity helps women and their children who have been or are being subjected to domestic abuse in any form to free themselves from the situation they are in through a number of services they provide.

One of the services they offer is support with historic abuse, and after reaching out a few years ago, my life was truly restored by the team, who helped me to navigate my experience and receive help in recognising and overcoming trauma. My whole life changed for the better and I will always be grateful to them.
