As Christmas approaches, we are asking for your support to bring comfort, dignity and joy to the women and children living in our refuges.

Gift vouchers continue to be one of the most valuable and practical ways you can help. They allow mums to choose food, clothes or gifts that their families truly need, while giving children the chance to pick something special of their own.

This year, vouchers from Aldi, Asda, Morrisons, Primark, Sainsbury’s or Tesco will make the biggest impact.

One mum told us:
