Vacancy NO: 1

Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA)

 £28,238 per annum (qualified)

             37 hours per week

25 days leave + Bank Holidays

 Coventry Haven Women’s Aid is looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to provide a high quality service to survivors of domestic violence and abuse, who are identified as high risk and have been referred to the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process.

You will work in partnership with other agencies to develop and deliver risk management plans to ensure victims’ safety. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of survivors of domestic violence and abuse in a range of settings and managing and reviewing your cases.

Community Outreach Worker (Specialist FGM) with language specialism 

£25,791 - FTE per annum

37 hours per week

25 days leave + Bank Holidays (pro-rata)

We are particularly interested in recruiting staff with language specialisms, to complement our other languages within the team, to be representative of the communities we serve.
